We make tents and shelters to order for a variety of customers Across Australia. If you have a project in mind, cant find what you want in our existing products, and want something made specifically to suit your requirements we can help. This may be a Glamping Style Tent for a specific target audience, a tent for a specific environment, specific size requirements, different colours, or specific features. Whatever it may be we can customise features to suit.
All our tents are made with a premium quality Ripstop Canvas made in South Africa. We generally use a 400gsm weight which is a premium grade and proven to work well in Australia, but also have the option of a heavier weight 500gsm canvas or a lighter weight 320gsm canvas.
Canvas colour choices can generally be Sand or Olive, but Charcoal is possible as well (minimum production runs for canvas colours are required).
25mm to 32mm tubular steel frame – we will discuss and make recommendations depending on the size of the tent, and the environmental conditions the tent will be in.
There are lots of size variations that can be made – eg. 1.3m front awning + 2.8m tent body + 1.2m ensuite room x 3.5m wide. 4m tent body, with our without a rear ensuite room, 2.4m to 4m in width, various size front awnings or no front awning.
Floor – 550g PVC bathtub style sewn in floor in main room.
Strong 80% shadenetting is used for the windows in either black or green colour.
We only use YKK No.10 Zippers. The worlds best. Small parts, big difference.
Extra air vents can be placed strategically in the front or rear walls near the peak.
These heavy duty tents are generally larger packages – with 3 components to the final product – the canvas tent in one part, the cross welded elbow frames in another part, and the straight leg and ridge bar frames in a third part.

Optional additional netted flysheet can be provided for an extra layer of protection and insulation over the roof of the tent.
NB – Please allow at least 6 months for production and delivery time for any bespoke projects as these tents are made to order.
